Our Farm Story

In 1996, Larry Parish, Philip Parish, Chris Hooks, and their families partnered to form P & H Farms. P & H Farms is a row crop and beef cattle operation spreading across Western Kentucky in Lyon, Crittenden, Livingston, and Caldwell counties. P & H Farms is proud to grow non-GMO white corn, non-GMO soybeans, and wheat. After 21 years of standard beef cattle production, the farm expanded into the premium beef sector with its American Wagyu beef cattle operation in 2018. P & H Farms is committed to land conservation, quality production, vertical integration, niche marketing, and adequate risk management systems. Over the years, their family farming operation has expanded and grown, but P & H Farms continues to pride itself on integrity, honesty, and being good stewards of the land. Loyalty is important to the operation and is honored to have worked with Case IH, H & R Agri-Power, Akridge Farm Supply, Farm Credit Mid-America, and Farmers Bank & Trust Co., all of which have contributed greatly to the continued growth and success of P & H Farms. The farm is proud to have the next generation involved in the family farming operation and looks forward to the future of agriculture.
